They say in the zombie apocalypse that death isn't a matter of "if", it's a matter of "when." This mindset has gone into the creation of the sandbox mutliplayer RPG Project Zomboid. For in this game, you are put into an open-ended world, which can be filled with other players, or you can simply play it by yourself. Either way, you'll find yourself trying to scrounge whatever you can together to survive the zombie hordes. But you'll find that's hard to do the longer you do it. You're put into the towns of Muldraugh and West Point, where survival is entirely based upon what you and potential other players do. You'll need to get weapons, make defenses, build shelters, and ensure you have enough food to make it through each day. For the zombies are coming for you, and they won't stop until you are dead. Remember, you don't have to be alone, you can actually team up with 3 friends in the Co-Op mode and work together to ensure victory each and every day. To do that though, you must use the world around you just as much as you use your wits. The world is always changing, day turns to night, then back to day. Shadows can hide you if you go to them, and so on. Every aspect you can find that can help you survive is a boon. Farm, trap, hunt, do what you need to do to get the stuff you need to survive. Raise your characters to be the ultimate survivor, if you can survive Project Zomboid that is.
