An awesome sequel. There's new characters, new missions types and more importantly, card modifiers, since this is a card builder afterall. You can make way more builds now with the new archtypes and it's still just as addicting as expected. Also, it's in early access, so it's gonna get even better.

I want to try this game super good. Slay the Spire 2 is a masterclass in how to handle a sequel to a genre-defining giant. Moving to the Godot engine wasn't just a technical flex; the game feels incredibly fluid, and the visual upgrades to the card effects make every "Heavy Blade" or "Poison Stab" feel much more impactful.

the game is really good and with this one you'll get better and more gameplay with much funnier and better gameplay... and enemies... the sequel will let you play more than before... it is sooo fun. ;)

A sequel to one of the best roguelike games ever made. They've made a great start by refreshing the gameplay without significantly altering the foundations. The native multiplayer is quite enjoyable.

game is good, just as good as sts1 since its the same game. +2 new characters minus the watcher + multiplayer added - act 4 since its early access i assume + new of everything, cards / enemies / relics - modding, hopefully they add this in the future and whoever is saying sts2 is better i am telling you, you can literally take everything from sts2 and mod it to sts1 and it will be the same plus there are already sts1 mods that are better than sts2. i just dont get it

J'avais vraiment bien aimé le premier, mais il y'a eu tellement de jeu qui ont repompé le même concept. Est-ce que celui-ci va vraiment se démarquer? je ne sais pas trop mais j'en doute. J'ai un peu de mal a imaginer comment ce concept peut encore ce renouveler mais on n'est jamais à l'abri d'une bonne surprise. Le meilleur moyen de se faire un avis : Essayer?

The second installment seems to be benefiting from very good feedback from players. After all, the first was already very convincing, and I have no doubt that new heroes, gameplays and co-op mode will embellish an already successful first title.

Slay the Spire 2 is solid. The devs have clearly mastered their deckbuilding system, which is as clean as ever, the synergies are cool to discover, and each run forces you to think a little. There's nothing to say, the game is well done and deserves its success. But personally, I find it hard to stay hooked. After a few runs, I quickly get the feeling that I'm doing the same thing over and over again, even though the game tries to vary the situations. As a result, I get bored pretty quickly, whereas others will go on for dozens of hours without a problem. It's clearly not a bad game, far from it, but it's just not my thing.
