Touhou Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost is a rhythm-based adventure that follows Reimu, a girl embarked on a quest to rebuild the world of Phantasia. To achieve her goal, she has to find the lost Fragments of Memories.

The game is a new version of the original Touhou Danmaku Kagura that features an alternate game experience.

On the Kagura Stage mode, players revisit the experience of the first game, which requires you to hit notes as they drop following the rhythm of the music. Players can choose from four different difficulties for a large selection of songs.

The Danmaku Stage mode is a new adventure that pits you against countless enemies in a shoot 'em-up experience that also has rhythm-based mechanics.

Touhou Danmaku Kagura Phantasia Lost features a large selection of songs that you can expand via DLC.
