If I fail a stealth check and trigger combat, will the enemy always know my position?

Not necessarily. Your position can be obscured by environmental elements like smoke or darkness, even after detection. Utilizing these elements is key to tactical re-positioning.

Does the 'Krypt' skill tree directly impact the power of my melee attacks?

No. Krypt primarily focuses on weapon modifications, elemental damage, and special ammo types for your ranged weapons. Melee combat is governed by your character's stats and equipped melee weapon.

How does the 'Overwatch' ability work in conjunction with the 'Miasma' mechanics?

Enemies within the Miasma cloud have reduced visibility and are easier to ambush using Overwatch, providing you with a tactical advantage. However, your own Overwatch range is also impacted by the Miasma.

Can I permanently destroy the Miasma generators?

No. Miasma generators are a recurring threat. While you can disable them temporarily, they will eventually reactivate, forcing you to manage the Miasma's spread strategically.

Are all weapons equally effective against all enemy types?

No. Different weapons and ammo types are more effective against specific enemy armor and resistances. Utilizing the Krypt skill tree to adapt your weapons for various encounters is crucial.

Does the 'Scavenging' skill affect the quantity or the quality of the loot I find?

Scavenging affects the quantity of resources and components found in the environment. The quality of items is primarily determined by the area and the difficulty of the encounter.

How does the 'Miasma' affect friendly NPCs that I may encounter?

Friendly NPCs are also vulnerable to the Miasma. Prolonged exposure can lead to negative status effects. It is critical to manage their exposure during encounters within the Miasma.

Is there a limit to how many modifications I can apply to a single weapon?

Yes. Each weapon has a limited number of modification slots. You must carefully choose which modifications best suit your playstyle and the current mission.

If I am in a building and the Miasma spreads, can I be safe inside?

No, buildings are not always safe havens from the Miasma. The Miasma can seep inside, especially if the structure is damaged or not fully sealed. You must be mindful of its spread.
