Generation Zero - FNIX Rising is an expansion for the open-world first-person shooter, Generation Zero. The game is set in an alternate 1980s Sweden and players assume the role of teenagers battling against robotic foes that have invaded the countryside.

The FNIX Rising expansion introduces a new narrative focused on the FNIX AI, the game's main antagonist. Recent scout missions have revealed eerie FNIX structures along the Southern Coast of mainland Östertörn, indicating that the machines are repurposing the landscape for their plans. Despite the destruction, signs of human resistance emerge in the Archipelago and Farmland regions, where pockets of survivors have established bases to fend off attacks. Exploring these areas uncovers new collectibles, clothing, and achievements, along with harsh reminders of the ongoing conflict.

Generation Zero - FNIX Rising adds new content and challenges, inviting players to explore deeper into this hostile and captivating world.
