Sci-fi mecha and cosmic horror collide in Signalis, a nightmare survival game set on an abandoned asteroid colony. Expect to see classic survival horror mechanics meshing with a PS1 pixelated anime style to create a unique and terrifying experience.

Elster is a Replika, a humanoid machine. After her ship crashlands on an icy planet, she wanders a dark, surreal, retro-tech world in search of the most important person to her. As she descends into the planet’s ruins, she discovers a deeper horror than she anticipated—androids twisted into monstrous forms, memories that belong to someone else, and visions of something too terrifying to describe. Elster must not only defeat these forces but discover the terrible secret that lies within the heart of this doomed colony.

Explore dark rooms and corridors, viewed from a third-person angle that is meant to give you the feeling of always being watched. Gather tools and manage resources—you’ll never have enough to fight off everything you encounter, so you must know when to use stealth, speed, and combat skills to make it out alive.

Signalis harkens back to classic survival games such as Resident Evil, Silent Hill, and Fear Effect while introducing new mechanics that keep the experience fresh. You’ll feel the creeping dread as you move from one darkened room to another. No matter where you go, you’ll never be safe.

The Gestalt mechanic introduces a layer of psychological horror. It impacts Elster's mental state, leading to visual and auditory hallucinations, altering the environment, and affecting puzzle solutions, making it difficult to discern reality.; Are all key items immediately usable once obtained?
No. Many key items require activation or specific conditions to be utilized. Players must read item descriptions and experiment with them in the environment or on enemies to unlock their full potential.; How do I deal with enemies that appear to be invulnerable?
Some enemies are invulnerable until specific environmental conditions or puzzle solutions are triggered. The player must observe and experiment with the environment, often revisiting previously explored areas after obtaining new tools or understanding new lore.; How can I influence the ending of SIGNALIS?
The ending of SIGNALIS is determined by a combination of actions and choices the player makes throughout the game. Collecting certain items, exploring specific areas, and interpreting lore fragments contribute to the final outcome.; Does the game offer hints or guidance for puzzle solutions?
