Chorus is a thrilling space shooter that puts you in the jumpsuit of a renegade pilot and her sentient ship, on a mission to destroy the cult that created them. You are Nara, a skilled space pilot who once served the Circle, religious rulers of the galaxy. Now a fugitive from her masters, Nara and her sentient ship, Forsaken, must fight their way across the galaxy and the dimensions beyond in order to gather the resistance forces and defeat the Circle.

You will go up against fleets of enemy starfighters, enormous battleships, and otherworldly entities from the Void. Fight them in zero-g environments where you have to shoot down enemies while running through a gauntlet of tight corridors and space wrecks.

But Chorus gives you powerful weapons of your own. Employ your ship’s drift mechanic for high maneuverability. Unleash your own mental powers on your enemies, including telekinesis, teleportation, and extrasensory perception. Together, you and your living ship are a force to be reckoned with. Defeat the Circle’s Great Prophet and free the galaxy from their tyranny for good.

This is a surprise hit of 2021 for me. If you're like me, you might search and search for a game that feels engaging, fun, and "magical" and often come up short and disappointed. Every once in a while, you'll find a game that just *excites* you. Well, Chorus is one of those games for me. It's not perfect. The story is kinda cheesy and the VO work, while professional, is a bit cheesy, too, but the gameplay is very fun and the story elements are good enough to keep you pushing forward.

I'm curious to play this space shooter by Fishlabs, who leave mobile games to move to a more difficult pc games. But it will be a very superb game, I think.
