    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

How does the ability to rewind time impact the traversal of complex environments with moving platforms and timed obstacles?
Rewinding time allows you to correct mistakes, setting up perfect platforming runs or giving you more time to react to hazards. The key is to learn from each attempt.
Can the flow of time be manipulated to affect the movement of objects, and if so, how does this interact with puzzles?
Yes, you can manipulate the flow of time for specific objects. This is essential for puzzle-solving, allowing you to synchronize movements, change the trajectory of projectiles, or interact with elements at different points in their cycles.
Does the game feature any consequences for excessive time manipulation, and if so, what are they?
The game doesn't punish time manipulation directly. The challenge lies in using it effectively to overcome obstacles and solve puzzles. There is no limitation.
How does the game ensure that the player doesn't accidentally skip crucial narrative moments while rewinding time?
Key narrative moments are typically tied to specific points in time or events. While you can rewind, the game ensures you experience these moments, preventing accidental skipping.
How does the use of time manipulation influence the emotional impact of the narrative?
Time manipulation is integrated into the emotional storytelling. Rewinding can highlight regrets, allow for second chances in certain situations, and help players experience key moments from different perspectives.
Can the player 'fast-forward' time, and if so, what is the purpose of this mechanic?
The game focuses on rewinding and experiencing key moments. Fast-forwarding is not a core mechanic, as the focus is on the journey and careful consideration.
Are there any enemies or challenges that specifically adapt to the player's use of time manipulation?
The game primarily focuses on environmental puzzles and emotional moments, not enemies. The challenge comes from the environment and manipulating time to overcome it.
Does the game provide any visual or auditory cues to indicate when the player's time manipulation is having a direct effect on the environment?
Yes, visual and auditory cues are used extensively. The game offers visual effects and sound design to indicate when time manipulation successfully changes the environment, providing clear feedback.
How is the game's world designed to encourage experimentation with the time-manipulation mechanic?
The levels are designed with multiple solutions and encourage trying different approaches to time manipulation. This promotes player creativity and allows for discovering unique solutions.
Does the game's story offer different endings depending on the player's usage of time manipulation?
The game's narrative is carefully crafted to deliver a cohesive experience. The story remains consistent, while the emotional impact is heightened by the use of time manipulation.
