    This game, developed by Pendulmo, also the studio behind the series Runaway and Yesterday, comes directly from the comics of Juan Díaz Canales and Juanjo Guarnido. The universe of Blacksad is a bit peculiar, because the characters are all anthropomorphic animals, and our dear detective has the appearance of a black cat with a white muzzle.



    Blacksad: Under the Skin plunges you into the New York of the 50s. Recalling the spirit of the movies in the Noir genre, you will have to investigate a crime. While Joe Dunn the manager of a boxing show is found dead, Bobby Yale, a boxer who has to fight the fight of his life, is nowhere to be found. Yale's daughter will then hire Detective John Blacksad to find her father.



    Blacksad: Under the Skin offers a unique story, and gameplay mixing puzzles, mysteries, interrogations, and QTE. During the dialogues, several choices of answers will be proposed, and your choices will have an impact on the unfolding of the story and the way the other characters perceive you. Your choices will directly influence the development of your character and the story's ending. Blacksad will even be able to use some of his catlike abilities to get information. You will find more than 30 characters, some from comics, and others totally new, each with their own story.



    Finally, Blacksad: Under the Skin, sublimates this dark film atmosphere of the 50s by offering an amazing jazz soundtrack.
