    Hunt in Louisiana! In Hunt Showdown, you play as a bounty hunter in a mission to clean up the bayou. Louisiana is invaded by nightmarish creatures, and it's up to you to get rid of them. Succeed, and you'll be handsomely paid, but if you fail, you'll lose almost everything.
    On the gameplay side, Hunt Showdown is like a battle royale, mixing PvP and PvE. The principle is simple, on a map, five teams of two hunters fight for their survival and more. At the beginning of the match, each duo must track down and kill one of the monstrous creatures lurking in the swamp, and if they succeed, they are assigned a bonus and become a target for all other hunters. You will need to watch your back if you do not want to end up in their hands, and thus allow them to pocket your money. Hunters also have a night vision capability called Dark Sight. It allows you to follow your target by being guided by a glow. But beware, because the Dark Sight also reveals players with a bonus on their heads. If this is your case, you will need to be extra careful to avoid other hunters.
    In Hunt Showdown, gaining experience is crucial to improving your character. It is done through your Bloodline, in other words, your lineage, and is common to all your characters. If you manage to survive, you'll keep the money you've earned to improve your Bloodline and equip new hunters. If you die, you will lose everything, except your experience, which will be retained to advance other hunters on your Bloodline.
