Free Cyberpunk 2077 DLC will arrive in early 2021

Cyberpunk 2077 is a source of more news even after its release. It must be said that the game was highly anticipated by a lot of players. No less than 8 million pre-ordered it, but a good number of them have been completely disappointed by the game. Weare mainly talking about those who got Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4 and Xbox One. Although that hasn't stopped the game from being a worldwide hit with over 13 million copies sold. Despite the game's recent removal from the PS Store, we're likely to have more news about it in the upcoming weeks, especially since a legal action has been filed against CD Projekt Red.

The studio is trying to reassure players. It has apologized for the bugs they are encountering in the game and announced that two major fixes should arrive in January and February to improve the experience on PS4 and Xbox One. You could think that the guys at CD Projekt already have their hands full trying to fix all these bugs and that they would delay the release of any DLC they planned for Cyberpunk 2077... But you would be wrong. Although this announcement will make some players cringe, others who have walked the streets of Night City well will be happy to know that new content will be coming to the game soon. It's unclear at the moment what it's all about, but the game's website has been updated with a new page visibly dedicated to DLCs that reads: “Free DLC starts hitting Night City early 2021.”

Cyberpunk 2077 will also feature The Witcher 3-style paid expansions, which will add even more content, especially in terms of the storyline. The contents of the free DLC will of course be more modest, but they will allow players to regularly have new features in the game.
