Those that have pre-ordered the game will be able to play one day earlier tho (August 10 at 10AM PT/5PM GMT). The PC beta will be exclusive on Battle.net, and you will need to register on the official site to participate. Beta players will be able to play matches on Team Deathmatch, Hardpoint, Control, Domination, and Search and Destroy modes through four different maps (Hacienda, Gridlock, Frequency, Contraband, Seaside, and Payload). Those eager to give a try to the Blackout battle royale mode during the following beta event in September will have to wait until Treyarch announces how to participate.
