Bloodrayne series is getting new versions this month
The original Bloodrayne is a hack and slash video game that mixes supernatural creatures and a historic setting to deliver lots of action. In the game, you play as Rayne, a half-vampire that member of the Brimstone Society, a secret organization formed by individuals that fight against supernatural threats all over the world. You discover that the Nazis are looking for a powerful relic in order to resurrect a powerful demon and your mission will be to stop them. To do so you will have to fight against vampires and soldier using your enhanced physical capabilities and a variety of weapons that includes twin arm blades, silver stiletto heels, a chain harpoon, some firearms, and explosives. Bloodrayne 2 followed its predecessor a couple of years later, and it offered similar gameplay with a story that focused on the fight against a clan of vampires. Both games were well received by the players and will now be brought to life again with two enhanced versions that are becoming available this month.
Bloodrayne and Bloodrayne 2 Terminal Cut Editions will be out November 20 on PC. They are moderns version of the original games that come with a variety of enhancements that you can check on the list below:

- Support for modern gamepads (XInput controller support)
- Improvements to lighting at engine level, plus fully reprocessed lighting data

- Improvements to effects such as reflections, water, fog, and shadows
- BloodRayne: Fully voiced with localized interfaces in English, French, Italian, Spanish
- BloodRayne 2: Localized interface and subtitles for English, French, German, Italian, Spanish
- Optimized for Windows 10
If you are a fan of the Bloodrayne series and you have any of the old games on GOG or Steam, you will receive the respective Terminal Cut Edition for free when they are released.
