Cyberpunk 2077 will have a lot of side quests
Although the release of Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed, the information about the game continues to be revealed at a steady pace. The upcoming futuristic role-playing game from CD Projekt RED will have a thrilling main storyline but it seems that there is much more than that in the game.
The developers want to achieve something similar to what they already did in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, offering the players an open world to explore and plenty of side content to discover. In the case of Geralt of Rivia's story, you can engage in multiple side missions, treasure hunts, and Witcher contracts to get extra income and powerful rewards like weapons, armor, crafting recipes or materials. Having a completely different setting, Cyberpunk 2077 will allow the players to take missions from Fixers, who shady characters that deal with all kinds of legal and illegal contracts. Those contracts take the form of Street Stories, side quests that you can complete for extra rewards and that will give you a better knowledge of the world of Cyberpunk 2077. Although the game won't be as huge as the third installment in The Witcher series, CD Projekt RED has revealed that those Street Stories will be quite more complex. The game is supposed to have about 75 Street Stories, but it will also include plenty of minor activities to keep yourself busy.
Street Stories will be an important part of Cyberpunk 2077 but there is one aspect of the game that has not been talked about much and CD Projekt RED has also some news on that matter. We all have seen a glimpse of the awesome graphics of Cyberpunk 2077 in the gameplay videos released so far, but it seems that the developers are also saving some trump cards for the release of the game. The developers have revealed that Cyberpunk 2077 will be an outstanding game on the technical aspect too since the game features two systems that have nor been revealed to the public yet. One is a real-time global illumination system that adds unprecedented realism to the game, and the other one is an acoustic system that will greatly help to enhance the immersion in Cyberpunk 2077.
The reveal of those features proves that the developers are putting a lot of effort into making Cyberpunk 2077 a game that the players will never forget.
