    My favourite game of last year, great gameplay, story and one of the best visuals out there in the gaming medium. Shame this one won't come to Steam, like ever, unless some special edition comes out without Epic as publisher. Still, it will probably the first game that I'll buy in the EGS

    Alan Wake 2 is two games in one, as well as being a sequel to something like four other Remedy productions. Yes, it's a sequel to Alan Wake, obviously, but with the presence of Alex Casey and new protagonist Saga Anderson (first introduced in a Quantum Break FMV), Alan Wake 2 brings together the entire Remedy universe under the same roof for some kind of incredible climax. It's the Avengers of single-player video games.

    Fun game, graphics are cool. Gameplay is good. Story is nice as well. Buy it when you can. Or wait for a sale. This is one of those games you can buy anytime and still be satisfied.

    I just finished it. I’m a huge fan of horror games. I’ve played so many over the years. In my honest opinion, this is by far the best horror game I’ve ever played. Congratulations team. You guys absolutely created an instant classic.

    If you've played all the games leading up to Alan Wake 2 and really enjoy the deep lore in them then this game is fantastic. Game plays pace varies of course as others have said but I found it worthwhile and fitting for the story and tone. Biggest issue I had with the game was the storage limits and lack of sorting functions.

    Alan wake is a must have game and this part is also even a more must have. Alan wake 2 have amazing graphics and story. The sounds and music is also very good. The game have also alot of scary things in it so its not for someone that gets afraid to easy. Play it in a dark rmm and enejog the jumpscares even more and better. :) 6 out of 5 stars. ;)

    next gen visuals. copying Evil Within 2 sandbox map is ok. should've been linear. what i don't like is you play as a random cop for most of the game despite the title ALAN WAKE

    Un bon jeu de survie horreur, les graphismes et l'ambiance sont au rendez-vous et la maniabilité est bonne, un titre fait pour vous si vous aimez les frissons.
    A good survival horror game, the graphics and atmosphere are spot-on and the handling is good, a title made for you if you like chills.

    Alan Wake 2 semble se poser comme la suite qu'on attendait tous... Et comme toujours Remedy ne nous déçoit pas. Ce jeu est une vrai pépite !
    Alan Wake 2 seems to be the sequel we've all been waiting for... And as always, Remedy doesn't disappoint. This game is a real nugget!

    Enfin un jeu qui ne ressemble à aucun autre, ni même à Alan Wake 1. Un jeu qui mêle polar / thriller / psychologie / horreur et ésotérisme à la fois dans un scénario écrit d'une main de maître par Sam Lake. Enfin une nouvelle création qui manquait tant au monde du jeu vidéo ! Comme il a été dit précédemment, on a la sensation de "jouer à un livre" tant il est mature, immersif et abouti.
    At last, a game that's unlike any other, not even Alan Wake 1. A game that blends whodunit / thriller / psychology / horror and esotericism all at once, in a script masterfully written by Sam Lake. At last, a new creation that has been so lacking in the world of video games! As we said earlier, it feels like "playing a book", so mature, immersive and accomplished is it.
