Witchfire

From the makers of Bulletstorm and Painkiller comes an astounding new FPS: Witchfire. Enter a rogue-lite dark fantasy world where you go to war in a world ruled by witches.

You are a “preyer,” an immortal witch hunter sent by the Church. Though a sinner yourself, you are burdened with the task of fighting fire with fire. Wield pagan magic spells and a mystical arsenal blessed by the Vatican itself to counter an army of undead and demonic minions. Your task: find the witch of the Black Sea, destroy her army, and retrieve a powerful artifact that may finally win the war against witches.

Using the same photogrammetry technology used to great effect in The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, Witchfire creates a world that’s both life-like and unsettling in its grimdark perspective. This will be your arena as you search desperately for your quarry. Do you have what it takes to be a witch hunter, or are you just another prey?
