The Troop is a strategy game that offers you tactical warfare with World War II as the scenario. The game follows the campaign of the British and Canadian forces from the early hours of the D-Day as they fight against the Nazis in Normandy. The operation that brought the end of the war will have you commanding allied forces as they face the German Heer and SS in Normandy.

Take command of infantry units, tanks, and more in turn-based tactical combats across scenarios depicting the territories in the North of France and fight your way in challenging and unpredictable battles. You have complete control over your units' actions, allowing for a deep level of interaction and tactical choices. Tailor the gameplay experience to your liking by modifying all kinds of variables to face precisely the right level of difficulty and manage to progress into French territory pushing back the German frontline.

The Troop is not a historical simulation game. Instead, it focuses on delivering a thrilling warfare experience geared towards an enjoyable challenge while loosely following the events in World War II.

Really solid start. Enjoying it immensely but still needs development. Unique cool things in the game :- 1. Ability to over-watch on opposition turn 2. Campaign with experience and unit upgrade ability in between battles 3. Destructible terrain 4. Spotters and delayed artillery
