Enter a world where virtual and real merge with DRAMAtical Murder. This visual novel takes you to the island of Midorijima, which has been taken over by the Toue Corporation. It has driven out most of the island's inhabitants who once lived in harmony with nature in order to build a kind of resort for the wealthy, Platinum Jail. The few remaining inhabitants do what they can to live on an island where they are no longer welcome. This is the case of our hero, Aoba, who lives with his grandmother in the old town, the last refuge for the locals.

In the difficult context DRAMAtical Murder offers, various gangs compete for money and power, but another threat exists in the old town. It is Rhyme, a virtual reality game in which people get lost. Aoba tries to live his life peacefully by working in his salvage shop, but his life is about to change when strange things start to happen in Midorijima.
