Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- The Prophecy of the Throne is a role-playing adventure game based on the popular Japanese light novel Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu, created by Tappei Nagatsuki. It follows the adventures of Subaru Natsuki, a youngster that finds himself suddenly transported to a fantasy world that is completely foreign to him. While he is trying to figure out what has happened to him, a group of thugs attacks him, and a strange girl with silver hair comes to his rescue. Both will end being cruelly killed, but Subaru will wake up moments later to discover that he back at the place instant where he first arrived and that he has a chance of changing the upcoming events.

Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- The Prophecy of the Throne is focused on the events that take place during the first arc of the novel. Subaru and his friends will get involved in an epic adventure whose outcome will decide the future of the Kingdom of Lugunica. The appearance of a sixth candidate to the throne contradicts an old prophecy from the Dragon Stone and they will have to find who is the imposter and survive a conspiracy that threatens the kingdom.
