As the maritime archaeologist Nikolay Bernstein, you wake up here after your ship is destroyed, and you’re not alone. Connected to you is a Buddy-unit, a helpful machine that quickly becomes a life-saving friend. Together, you must explore this undersea frontier and discover its secrets before something else hiding in the deep finds you.

Wander through a non-linear open world where you can travel across five different areas, each with its own unique puzzles, obstacles, and monsters. Thankfully, you have a Buddy-unit that will help you survive, providing mapping, hacking, scanning, and telekinetic abilities. As you search the ruins, you’ll find ancient technology that you can use to improve your suit or your Buddy-unit. And if you have a friend to play with, they can take control of your Buddy unit for you in local co-op mode. 

Fight your way through intelligent enemies and epic boss battles. Discover what hides within the Bhalam ruins and face Lovecraftian creatures on their ground. You’ll also encounter the Wozan, an ancient and friendly race of creatures these evil monsters have used as slaves. Some have formed colonies in the ruins, while others are held captive.
