You are a young athlete who finds and teams up with a magic ring. Both of you go on a quest to take down an evil body-building dragon named Dragaux. There's a lot of physical activity in store for you. Travel across a huge world by jogging in place, heal yourself by striking yoga poses, and jump over obstacles by squeezing the Ringcon.

During combat, perform 30 different exercises to do combat maneuvers. Earn experience points as you overcome challenges and make it through each of the 100 levels across 20 worlds. You can choose to follow the campaign story or play the shorter mini-games.
