The new Battlefield will be revealed next month

There's been a lot of speculation and rumors about the next installment in theBattlefield series during the last few weeks but DICE has not revealed much about the game. Not too long ago, they specified that it would include massive battles that will involve more players than ever but nothing really solid about the setting or new gameplay mechanics has been said so far. We already knew that Battlefield reveal was coming soon, and fans are eagerly waiting to know more about it. DICE confirmed yesterday that the reveal will take place in June through a somewhat cryptic Tweet in the official account of Battlefield.

The verses in the Tweet clearly point to a battlefield reveal next month, even though it's a rather curious way of stopping all kinds of speculation about the reveal.The announcement has followed a recent leak of what seems to be a couple of Battlefield images last week and, even though it does not really add any new information about Battlefield it gives players an idea about what to expect. With this year's E3 around the corner, we don't know if it will be the scenario used to reveal the game or if EA will choose to do it in its own event. Whatever the case, Battlefield is bound to get a lot of attention as it is one of the most popular first-person shooting series. It's also possible that we get some additional info about Battlefield ahead of its official announcement, even if it comes in the form of more leaks.
