Nvidia RTX Titan Blackwell revealed – 800W GPU prototype unveiled
An image claiming to depict an 800W Nvidia GPU prototype has surfaced, indicating that Nvidia is working on a more advanced GPU than its latest RTX 5090. This new GPU might be a RTX 5090 Ti or a prototype of the RTX TITAN Blackwell, and its specs are quite remarkable.
At CES 2025, Nvidia showcased the complete features of their RTX Blackwell architecture. When we examined these specifications against those of Nvidia’s RTX 5090, it became evident that Nvidia’s latest GeForce flagship did not measure up. Nvidia has hinted that they are capable of producing something superior to their RTX 5090. This could potentially be that graphics card.

Boasting 24,576 CUDA cores, this upcoming GPU features 12.94% more CUDA cores than Nvidia’s RTX 5090. It is also equipped with GDDR7 memory, which is 14% faster than the memory found in Nvidia’s RTX 5090 (32 Gbps compared to 28 Gbps). With its higher base and boost clock speeds, this GPU may fully unlock the potential of Nvidia’s Blackwell architecture.
This GPU could possibly be the anticipated Nvidia RTX TITAN Blackwell or an RTX 5090 Ti. With a total graphics power (TGP) of 800W, this GPU requires two 12V-2×6 connectors for power supply. Considering its significant power requirements, this graphics card will necessitate a more substantial cooling system than that of their RTX 5090.
One thing is for sure: Nvidia is capable of developing an RTX TITAN GPU leveraging its RTX Blackwell architecture. Whether they will follow through remains uncertain. This leak indicates that Nvidia either has a plan in place or is contemplating this option. Should Nvidia decide to launch this GPU, it is likely to carry a high price tag.
