According to SteamDB, for the week of April 10, 2022, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is the number one bestseller, with Elden Ring sliding down to number three. It’s about time, as Elden Ring has been Steam’s bestselling game since it launched on February 25, selling 12 million copies according to its publisher and winning numerous awards ahead of its release.
Lego Star Wars shows up in the 4th, 5th, and 6th places on the list. The rest of the list is composed of tried and true games: Sea of Thieves, Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition, and Dread Hunger.
Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga retells all nine movies across three trilogies in its uniquely charming, humorous way. There are nearly 400 playable characters to use, with original voice actors returning to roles, including Billy Dee Williams as Lando and Anthony Daniels as C3PO. Lego Star Wars also expands on iconic action scenes by allowing players to explore and interact with the rest of the world beyond what’s shown on the movie screen. And with the Mandalorian DLC coming soon, it will surely be even more popular.
