During your adventure, your group will earn experience to unlock new skills and also find new weapons. Hyper Light Drifter is a 2D action role-playing game rendered in a pixelated style. The protagonist of the story, the Drifter, is afflicted with a strange illness and he will have to travel through the Lands of Buried Time in search of a cure. This adventure pays homage to the 16-bit classics, but it features modern mechanics similar to games like The Legend of Zelda or Diablo.

Epic Games is putting a lot of effort into making its store competitive, and if they keep pushing forward, they may end surpassing Steam as the digital gaming platform of choice for many players.
