Battlefield 2042 players are finally getting a scoreboard
Battlefield 2042 is not the most popular game in the series due to a number of factors that include the launch of Halo Infinite free multiplayer. Still, those who love massive battles enjoy the game, and DICE is working hard to get it to a better state. That said, the constant delays and problems with the updates have annoyed many players, but they will be happy to know that one of the features that the developer studio promised for the game will be implemented today.
The lack of a scoreboard where you could compare your performance with other players' was rapidly detected as a problem after launch, and the Battlefield 2042 community was promised that it would arrive soon. Quite a few months later, the new Scoreboard UI will finally be added to the game today with Update 3.3 after a delay. The patch also includes some bug fixes and additional changes that you can check on the Update 3.3 official patch notes. According to DICE, the Battlefield 2042 scoreboard may be subject to changes in the future too.
"While these changes were two of your most-requested missing pieces, this is the first version of the Scoreboard, and further improvements will be made to this in subsequent updates, based upon your continued feedback."
Along with the patch, DICE is also awarding the Steadfast Exclusive Legendary Bundle to all players that own Battlefield 2042 Gold Edition, Ultimate Edition, Battlefield 2042 Year 1 Pass, and EA Play Pro subscribers. The pack contains several cosmetic items, including weapon skins and more. It comes as a way of apologizing for the delay on the post-launch content caused by the problems the game has suffered.
Update 3.3 may not be the panacea that solves all the issues in Battlefield 2042, but at least it gives the fans a more comfortable scenario to play and proves that DICE has not thrown in the towel with the game. As usual, you can find the best price to purchase your Battlefield 2042 code on our comparator anytime if you want to enjoy what the last installment in the popular FPS series has to offer.
