Tech Support: Error Unknown is an adventure game where you will take the role of a technical support specialist in charge of dealing with the problems of customers and colleagues.

You just joined a company, and you are in charge of tech support. Sitting in front of a virtual computer your mission will be to solve the problems of the customers in a way as efficient as possible. But using all kind of software to help the customers isn´t your only option. You can also abuse your position to make fraudulent use of the information you have access to, and even blackmailing customers.

While you are dealing with customers and their needs, you will be involved in a conflict between a group of hackers and the corporation that hired you. How you deal with the situation is up to you.
