This is where the legend of Agent 47 begins. Hitman: Codename 47 is a third-person stealth-action game where you star as the eponymous bald assassin with the barcode tattoo on his head. Here, you will discover his origins at the laboratory of his progenitor, Prof. Ort-Meyer. Escaping from the lab, he becomes an assassin for hire for the shadow organization ICA, performing contract kills all over the world. But when he discovers that four specific contracts were all made by the same person, 47 is forced to confront his creator to discover the truth of his origins. Most certainly, there will be blood.

Travel across the World on Assassination missions, from the jungles of South America to the streets of Hong Kong. Perform expert kills using strategy and imagination. Use the money from successful contracts to purchase gear and ammo. Wield an arsenal of handguns and rifles, or complete your kills up close with a knife or fiber wire. Wear disguises taken from your victims to slip unnoticed into restricted areas.
