Warhammer: Vermintide 2, Free Trial on PC

Released in March 2018 on PC and a little later on Xbox One and PS4, Warhammer: Vermintide 2 directly follows the story of Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide. Like its predecessor, it's a first-person action game in which you play as one of five characters to face the armies of Chaos and the Skaven.

If you have not had the opportunity to play, Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is currently playable for free on PC via Steam. This free trial includes all the content of the base game, and it will run throughout the weekend, until November 24th. To enjoy it you just have to go to the game's page on Steam and start the download. If you have already participated in a previous free event of this type, you will find your progress saved and resume playing where you left off. In the same way, if you decide to buy the game later, your progress will be saved too.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2 takes place in the rich fictional universe of Warhammer Fantasy, but unlike other games based on this universe, like Total War Warhammer, it is a cooperative action game for up to four players. You can play as the five characters of the first game, Victor Saltzpyre, Sienna Fuegonasus, Bardin Goreksson, Kerillian, and Markus Kruber. Each hero has unique abilities and offers different gameplay styles based on their affinities, which you can customize with no less than 15 talent trees and 50 different types of weapons.

In Warhammer: Vermintide 2 you will face new Skaven, but also the army of Chaos, with over twenty different enemies. And if Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is not enough, there are several DLCs available too that add a lot of content. The latest one, Winds of Magic, includes new weapons, a new game mode, a new level of difficulty among other things, for example.
