Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Submerged: Hidden Depth free on Epic Games

Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Submerged: Hidden Depth free on Epic Games

It seems that every week we are getting free stuff from the Epic Games store, and this week is no exception. Today until September 8, you can claim two games for free: Shadow of the Tomb Raider: The Definitive Edition, and Submerged: Hidden Depths. The first is a great action-adventure game, the second is all about exploration. Also, we are getting the Knockout City Armazillo DLC pack.

The great thing about the free Shadow of the Tomb Raider is that the Definitive Edition contains not just the main game but all the DLCs, including the tomb challenges, and all the weapons, skins, and skills. Expect dozens of hours escaping from lethal traps and fighting bad guys, as Lara attempts to prevent an apocalypse she may have inadvertently caused. Shadow of the Tomb Raider completes Lara’s three-part journey into becoming her true Tomb Raider persona.

Having just been released in March this year, Submerged: Hidden Depths is a relaxing exploration game featuring fraternal twins Miku and Taku. While it doesn’t have combat, there are plenty of puzzles to keep you busy as well as the exploration of a vast sunken city with a gorgeous undersea environment. You can play Submerged: Hidden Depths at your own pace.

Finally, Knockout City is a free-to-play fighting dodgeball game where various crews fight each other in all-out matches. The Armazillo DLC adds a new outfit, gloves, face, defeat pose, player icon, and crew logo to the base game.

All of these are downloadable from the Epic Games Store for free until September 8, so be sure to grab them even if you don’t plan to play them just yet. And if you’d like to play the first two games of the trilogy, you can grab a Tomb Raider and a Rise of the Tomb Raider PC key from our comparator.
