Apex Legends continues growing after its huge initial success. The Battle Royale developed by Respawn entertainment will see today the addition of its a new character for the first time after the free to play title launched. Despite having lost both of his legs and having them replaced with artificial ones Octavio "Octane" Silva is an adrenaline junkie whose thirst for speed hasn´t diminished at all. His abilities honor his feelings, and he will be able to use Adrenaline Junkie to boost his speed at the cost of health. He constantly regenerates so you won´t have a problem with triggering it anytime.
But Octane is not selfish, and he wants to share his love for extreme experiences, so he can also use his ultimate to deploy a Launch Pad that will allow him and his teammates to easily fly through the air. Octane will not be free though, and players will need to unlock it in the same way you originally needed to do with Mirage and Caustic.
Along with the release of Octane, Apex Legends’ Season 1 Battle Pass, Wild Frontier, will also be released today. Players will be able to purchase it to get a huge list of extra in-game goodies. Those who purchase it, (keep in mind that you can only get it with 950 Apex Coins), will get their rewards as they gain exp and level up their battle pass. The rewards include rare weapon skins, XP boosts, Apex Packs, Wild Frontier stat trackers, badges, banners, and many more surprises. You can check all of them on the official page.
