Halo Infinite Season 2 revealed
Developer 343 Industries has succeeded in getting Halo Infinite into the spotlight. It can be considered quite a feat, as the genre is already crowded with good titles, but a big part of the achievement comes from the game being the first title in the popular shooter series that is free to play. Halo Infinite is divided into two parts. On the one hand, the game has an epic campaign that brings back the Master Chief in a new storyline. On the other, Halo Infinite multiplayer offers a thrilling free-to-play competitive multiplayer experience that anyone can enjoy. Both have had a great reception and the game skyrocketed to the top of the charts as soon as it was available.
Halo Infinite Season 2
With the first season of Halo Infinite coming to an end, 343 Industries has revealed the roadmap with the guidelines and content for the upcoming season, and it's full of novelties.
Halo Infinite Season 2 will run from next month to next November. It will include two new maps, Catalyst for Arena mode and Breaker for BTB, as well as a total of three new gameplay modes: King of the Hill, Land Grab, and Last Spartan Standing. Two new narrative events will be available to keep players occupied during the summer. Interference will kick off on May 3 and Alpha Pack on July 19. The season will also bring a new Battle Pass full of rewards, quality of life improvements, and more. One of the most noteworthy additions this season will be the Forge open beta which is targeted for September.
"With this approach, we can get the core Forge tools out to everyone quicker while also remaining focused on our core priority of continuing to improve foundational aspects of Halo Infinite. Forge will persist from the open beta onwards, evolving and growing over time."
With all this content, 343 Industries will try to maintain Halo Infinite as one of the main referents in the genre during the coming months. You can visit our comparator to get Halo Infinite (Campaign) cheap anytime if you are yet to discover it and want to enjoy the full experience.
