Fanatical launches a new BYO bundle packed with two-game combos

Fanatical has another tempting bundle for PC players, but this one comes with a useful twist. Every selection in the Build Your Own Popular Picks Bundle is a double pack, meaning each item you choose gives you two games instead of one.

There are nine double packs available in total, covering everything from Metroidvania adventures and medieval strategy games to more relaxed experiences. You can build your own collection across three tiers, with 3 items costing $5.99 / €5.99 / £5.99, 5 items costing $8.99 / €8.99 / £8.99, or 7 items costing $10.49 / €10.49 / £10.49.

Because every selection contains two games, those tiers effectively give you 6, 10, or 14 games respectively. That makes the highest tier particularly packed for the price, provided you can find enough double packs that match your tastes.

One option worth checking out is the Dark Metroidvania Double-Pack, which combines 9 Years of Shadows with Elderand. The former is a side-scrolling Metroidvania focused on exploration, puzzles, and a hand-drawn visual style, while Elderand takes a considerably darker approach with brutal combat and Lovecraftian horror.

Strategy fans can instead pick the Medieval RTS & Tactics Double-Pack, which contains Ancestors Legacy - Complete Edition and Knights of the Crusades. Both revolve around medieval warfare, although they offer different approaches to commanding armies and conquering territory.

For something considerably more relaxed, the Cozy & Chill Double-Pack includes TOEM, a charming adventure where photography is central to the gameplay. You'll explore a hand-drawn world, meet its unusual inhabitants, and use your camera to solve puzzles and help characters with their problems.
