Discover Guilty Gear -Strive- story trailer

Let's face it. The story is not the first thing you think about when you think about the Guilty Gear series. Thrilling combats, cool-looking characters, impressive combos, and lethal movements may come to your mind, and you may even have a favorite stage or enemy too. But despite all that, the story is an important part of the game and has served as a link between all games in the series since the first Guilty Gear was released on PlayStation in 1998. With the release of Guilty Gear -Strive- getting close, highlighting the plot behind the events in the game is of utmost importance to catch the attention of the fans, and Arc System Works has published a video that allows us to delve into the story of Guilty Gear -Strive- and discover a few of the characters that will be present in this installment. 

Guilty Gear -Strive- will bring back the fan-favorite fighting series, and even though the story of Sol Badguy is just an excuse to immerse ourselves into a world of epic one-on-one competitive battles, the video is enough to hint that the plot may be coming to an end with this game. Of course, it does not reveal anything about the new mechanics in the game, like wall breaking, which will allow you to push enemies beyond the original boundaries of the scenario and cause additional damage to your opponents. In terms of information about the game, the video reveals that Leo Whitefang and Ky Kiske will be back in Guilty Gear -Strive-, as well as some other characters from previous installments in the series.
