People Can Fly finally shows Outriders

The Polish video game developer studio People Can Fly has a lot of experience in the first-person shooting genre. With the Painkiller series and Bulletstorm series, they have proven to be able to develop quite solid games that have been capable of attracting quite a bit of public, especially through their multiplayer features and gameplay.

It is no surprise then, that when Outriders was announced by Square Enix at the E3 2019 it created a great interest among the players. The studio has been silent until now but the publication of the official Outriders reveal trailer today marks the beginning of the marketing campaign for their game, and it seems that there is more coming very soon.

Outriders is a cooperative action RPG shooter that takes place in a period after Earth has been destroyed. War and climate change have forced humans to abandon the dying planet and focus on space colonization in order to survive, and the planet Enoch seems to be a sliver of hope in the destiny of our civilization. In the game, you will play as an Outrider that is part of the initial colonization force sent to explore the planet. But as it usually happens, things turned out to be quite different than you expected and a series of unexpected events cause you to wake up on the planet quite a long time later than it was planned. You find different colonist factions engaged in an all-out war against each other and trying to survive to the deadly predators that inhabit the planet.

Outriders looks good enough so far but it would be great to know a bit more about the game before forming an opinion about it. Luckily enough we won't have to wait for too long to do so, because People Can Fly is broadcasting a live stream to show the gameplay and reveal more information about Outriders.
