Man of Medan can be played for free via the Friend's Pass

Announced for the first time at Gamescom 2018, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan is the result of the partnership between Supermassive Games and Bandai Namco. Man of Medan, released in August 2019 on PS4, Xbox One and PC, is only the first part of what has been presented as an anthology, a saga which should include a total of eight episodes.

The Dark Pictures Anthology broadly follows the same recipe used by the title that made the studio popular: Until Dawn. If you have played it, you know that it is a game with a strong narrative, sometimes called interactive film. Man of Medan takes up this gameplay to immerse us in a horror story worthy of the greatest films of the genre.
 

If you haven't had the opportunity to play Man of Medan yet, you may have a friend who does. Well, it's time to ask him for a favor if the game interests you since, until May 1, Man of Medan is playable for free via the Friend's Pass. Concretely, this means that if you own the game, you can invite a friend to play with you in the shared story mode. The Friend's Pass is available via an update for those who own the game, the guest player must download a trial version. The game can be played fully, co-op, only once, until the offer ends, on PC, Xbox One and Steam; provided that both players play on the same platform. It's the perfect time to discover Man of Medan, since the second installment of The Dark Pictures Anthology, Little Hope is scheduled to be released this summer. It also happens that the release date may have been leaked since the German dealer Saturn revealed June 15 as the launch date for the game on its site. Nothing has been confirmed yet and an official confirmation is still needed.
