Warframe’s Plains of Eidolon Remaster is now live on PC
Plains of Eidolon originally launched in 2017 and since then, Warframe has grown so much both in size and in their endeavors. This is evident in their venture of giving Plains of Eidolon a long-awaited overhaul – new visuals, new enemies, and more diversions. The team also released a trailer in relation to the changes. Based on the press release, the visual overhaul enhances all the graphical aspects of Plains of Eidolon. Advanced lighting techniques are used to bring brilliant lighting and shadow changes in the day and night cycle. They also added crisp to the images and more details to the foliage and the earthen landscape.
Aside from that, there are also changes done to the gameplay of the game. There are now new terrains to accommodate the K-Drive hovers where players can jump off and grind on. However, those terrains are filled with Tusk Thumpers, enemies that can smash anything in their way as they leap across the plains. Extra caution should be taken. In this update, Tenno is now able to earn new badges for hunting and preserving new animals on the plain. If you don´t get the badge then you can get the cute Floofs instead. This option is only available for Fortuna though. If you are an adrenaline junkie, then the new type of Grinner is perfect for you as it causes more problems and they don’t seem to have any weakness. They come in three varieties – the regular vanilla, the Doma, and the Bull. In order to defeat them, you must be fast on your feet and quick to figure out what their weak spot is. Strike them with precision to ensure total victory. The award? Thumper Floofs! It’s the toy overflow of the decade. To sum all that up: the novelties coming to Plains of Eidolon in Warframe are the overhauled stunning visuals and the added terrains. Check out the trailer below and see the improvements for yourself.
