VR exclusive Space Junkies is taking the battle to Space

Just a few weeks more and Ubisoft’s space-based VR exclusive arcade shooter game, Space Junkies, will invade HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, PlayStation VR, and Microsoft Mixed Reality headsets.

Many of you are probably on the edge while waiting for this jetpack-fueled game where your childhood dream of going to space is finally coming true. I can’t blame you – there is absolutely nothing more appealing than flying through space continuum and deadly space arenas to face enemies in savage battles. Space Junkies offers you exactly that; it pits you against other players in combats inside the Dirty Bowl, a collection of space arenas that respond to your actions and allows you to navigate and attack your opponent from any direction. Aside from that, the game features an arsenal of weapons that are beyond this world. They are robotic, customizable, combinable, and more. With your Oculus Touch and Vive controllers, you can just grab your weapons and use them according to your fighting style.

This 3D multiplayer shooter includes full support for DualShock 4, meaning that you’ll get to use SIX AXIS motion controls. There are six maps, a plethora of weapons and several types of matches and modes you can choose from – 1v1, 2v2, free-for-all... After its launch, Space Junkies will have additional contents such as more maps, modes, and extra weapons.
