One million players are attending Two Point Campus already

Following the success of Two Point Hospital, its developer decided to continue doing what it does best, but in a different scenario. The result is that is working like a charm. Developer Two Point Studios has announced that its latest game has over one million players already, which is quite good news if we consider that Two Point Campus was launched a couple of weeks ago. Not only does this confirm that the type of gameplay that made Theme Hospital a hit so many years ago continues to appeal to the fans, but also that Two Point Studios has mastered the creation of this type of game. Of course, the studio is quite happy about it, as studio director Mark Webley reveals in a statement on this matter.

"Two Point Campus was such a thrill to create, so we’re ecstatic to see so many people enjoying the game as much as they do. We had high hopes that we had created something that fans would love, but the response has exceeded all expectations. We’d like to send a massive thank you to all of the players who are showing support by building their wild and wonderful campuses – we can’t wait to see what more you’ll create.”

Although many of the gameplay mechanics from Two Point Campus are borrowed from its predecessor and the art style is similar, the change of scenario and the new activities are original enough to deliver an experience that hooks you. Of course, a good dose of humor is vital to the success of this game too.
