Nvidia expected to launch Blackwell Ultra B300 AI GPU at GTC 2025
Nvidia is likely to unveil its next-generation AI product line, Blackwell Ultra B300, at the GPU Technology Conference (GTC) in March 2025. This product will succeed the current Blackwell series and is expected to mark a significant leap in AI computational power, offering more powerful processing capabilities and advanced technical solutions compared to its predecessor..
The Blackwell Ultra B300 series will focus on performance upgrades over previous generations. One of its standout features is the total power consumption (TDP) of the AI GB300 system, which is said to reach 1,400 W—a substantial increase from the current GB200’s 1,000 W. This power boost is projected to improve FP4 computing performance by approximately 1.4 times.

In addition to performance, Nvidia is also enhancing memory capacity. The GB300 is expected to upgrade from 192 GB to 288 GB by leveraging 12-Hi stacks of HBM3E memory technology. This will expand its ability to store and process large datasets, meeting the ever-growing demands in the AI field.
Nvidia's major suppliers, including Foxconn and Quanta, have already begun developing technical solutions for this new architecture. Notably, Foxconn is considered a key partner in providing liquid cooling systems, a critical component to ensure the efficiency and stability of the product. Nvidia plans to fully transition to liquid cooling technology for its next-generation AI products, replacing traditional air-cooling systems.
While no official release date has been announced, many speculate that the Blackwell Ultra series will enter the market in Q4 2025. However, this timeline may shift depending on market demand and production progress.
