Capcom classics collide in Humble’s latest bundle of 6 retro games

If October has you craving some old-school horror, Humble has put together a collection of Capcom classics that should scratch that retro itch. The Capcom Classics Bundle brings six games from the publisher's PlayStation-era catalog, including several beloved survival horror titles and a classic JRPG, with access starting at $10.

The cheaper tier gives you three games, all from the Resident Evil series. For $10 (about €8.60 / £7.40), you can revisit the original Resident Evil, Resident Evil 2, and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. Together, they offer a trip through some of the most memorable locations and scenarios in the franchise, from the infamous Spencer Mansion to Leon Kennedy's first day as a rookie police officer and the relentless pursuit of Nemesis.

Spending $20 (about €17.20 / £14.80) unlocks the complete six-game lineup. The additional titles take things in a slightly different direction while maintaining the survival-focused gameplay of Capcom's classic era. Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2 are included in the top tier, replacing zombies and other traditional horror threats with hungry dinosaurs. Both games originally appeared on the PlayStation and combine exploration, combat, resource management, and plenty of prehistoric chaos as players fight to stay alive.

The final addition is Breath of Fire IV, giving the bundle a JRPG option alongside its survival horror lineup. The story takes place across two floating continents divided by a huge swamp, following Princess Nina as she searches for her missing sister, Elina. The disappearance comes after a long conflict between the Fou Empire and the Eastern Alliance, setting the stage for a journey involving political tensions, strategic battles, and a much larger struggle between opposing forces.

For anyone who wants to keep their backlog growing after finishing the Capcom collection, Fanatical's Killer Bundle is another option. It currently includes 29 PC games spanning genres such as shooters, survival games, city builders, management titles, and platformers.

Humble's Capcom Classics Bundle is available until October 31, giving retro gaming fans plenty of time to pick a tier.
