The fans of Tom Clancy's work can rejoice now because Ubisoft Paris has released another official trailer for Ghost Recon: Wildlands where they confirm their presence at the upcoming E3, one of the most important annual electronic entertainment conferences of the year, where most of the publishers and developers show advances of their goods and you can learn what's to happen in the following months in the videogames world. The trailer shows "The Ghosts", a black-ops squad, while they are working against the Santa Blanca drug cartel in Bolivia, trying to destroy them and reveal their connections with the corrupt local government. It focuses on showing the massive open-world setting of the title, a place where up to four people will be able to play cooperatively with total freedom of choice and where their actions will have consequences.

Along with the release of the trailer, the content of the several special editions of the game have been also revealed. Apart from the goodies included in all of them, those who preorder the game will also get The Peruvian Connection bonus mission, where players "embark on a perilous mission among the high mountains of Bolivia to break the alliance between Santa Blanca and the Peruvian Cartels." These are the editions and what they include:

  • Deluxe Edition: Includes all the contents from the Standard Edition and the digital Deluxe Pack, that comes with the Huntsman rifle and motorbike, three emblems, three weapon camos, three character customization items, and an XP booster.
  • Gold Edition: Includes the Deluxe pack and Seasons Pass content, with access to two upcoming expansions to be announced yet and equipment packs, an exclusive vehicle, and epic weapons.
  • Collector’s Edition Standard, Deluxe, and Gold: Each of them comes with all the conents in their respective non-collector's edition, a Santa Muerte figurine and collectible posters designed by Ken Taylor.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands will be available for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 at some point this year but the release date is yet to be announced. Hopefully we will hear more about that during the E3.
