You can use this currency to purchase a variety of items from PlayStation Store, including the widest selection of video games for Sony consoles, add-ons and subscriptions for your favorite PlayStation games, and even movies.

Once you've redeemed the code, the specified amount of virtual currency is immediately transferred to the PSN account you're logged into, and can be used to buy whatever you want. Playstation Store gift cards are regionally locked. You must therefore ensure that you purchase a card corresponding to the region you have selected on your PlayStation console. Once the code has been redeemed, the virtual currency is not transferable from one account to another.
