Ubisoft reveals its line-up for the E3

Only a few days away from E3, speculation is rife about the games that will be presented during the event, and the publishers do not hesitate to reveal at least in part of their line-up for the show. It was Ubisoft who published a short video to give us a taste of what we will see during the conference and during the show. We know that we will see Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, Rainbow Six Siege, The Division 2, and For Honor. We are also promised updates, with Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Steep in the background, as well as showmatches and live performances for the duration of the event. The word is then left to Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot, who tells us that we "can expect one or two more things." It becomes very interesting and gives free rein to our imagination. We naturally think of a possible Splinter Cell, especially with the rumors that have been running lately. We talked about it in a previous article. Many are also hoping for a sequel for Watch_Dogs 2.

But that's not all, because this trailer hides many things. If you have a sharp eye or put the video in slow motion, you can observe some hidden messages during the short seconds when Yves Guillemot speaks. Indeed, on the tablet to his left, a series of codes appear. We also see on the shelves in the background what looks like CD keys. And that seems to be confirmed when we try to get them into Uplay. Unfortunately, all these keys have already been used. In contrast, the mystery around the nine codes on the tablet, is still unclear. A topic has been opened on Reddit, and some think they would be linked to Watch_Dogs. If you want to conduct an investigation, here are the nine codes, in order of appearance.

Finally, we also know that Beyond Good and Evil 2 will not be present at this E3. This is at least what has been announced on the official site of the game, informing in the same occasion that a new Space Monkey Report would be broadcast on June 5 at 18h, Paris time. Here is what the article says:

"This year we are going to focus on some of the most important stages of game development and that's why we will not be at E3 2019."

However, we noticed that a presentation image of the game during the E3 2018 appears in the trailer of the line-up. This leaves a doubt, especially when we see the care taken to hide the famous codes in this trailer. Subliminal message or simple chance? All this is only supposition, and we will know the answer soon enough.
