Age of Wonders 3 is a 4X strategy game that will let you build your own empire as you explore a fantasy land. Combat is turn-based and tactical. You will deploy troops and heroes on a hexagon grid-based 3D battlefield and they will use specialized attacks, skills, and magic spells through the battle to destroy the enemies. As you develop your empire, your leader and heroes will gain experience and unlock new powers and abilities to use in combat. If you are looking for something different to a high fantasy setting, Age of Wonders: Planetfall is the next title in the series and it will launch on August 6th on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. This game will break with the previous titles in the franchise, moving from a fantasy setting to a futuristic sci-fi universe. Planetfall will follow the steps of its predecessors but also add new gameplay mechanics and a lot of surprises for the fans of Age of Wonders.
