I'm in India and I got steam keys of Deus Ex and one of the Hitman games without issue. Would buy from them again (if I see the games that I want on sale) !!!

Attempted to Order the Sims 4. It told me it couldn't process my payment and to contact Customer Support. However, I received a receipt from Paypal saying I had been charged anyway, but I didn't receive a game key. I contacted Customer Support and received a prompt response and full refund however no information was really provided as to why I couldn't purchase the game key besides "a glitch caused an issue applying the key to your account". They provided no insight or recommendations to fix the issue.

I have big problem with GMG. I have not received 3 game keys, Bioshock, Bioshock 2 and Bioshock Infinite and I did not get my money back. Realy bad support.
