Your goal will be to protect the world against the Argon, a metallic race from the outer world. This game stands out from the competition by its very dynamic combat system where you have to target your opponent just like in an FPS. The dodge and parry system is also entirely based on timings which will give your battles a feeling of real-time combat which is really fun. The graphics are amazing for an MMORPG because the game is developed with the Unreal Engine 3. The style is typically Korean in this medieval heroic fantasy world and you will have to do with this particular design (we love it). The world is rich with medieval Renaissance period towns, temples, frozen or desert areas and forests. The bestiary is very huge with crabs, elves, kariagons, orcs, human-pigs, rock crawlers and so on ... PvE side nothing very innovative with the classic huge open world areas and some more difficult instanced dungeons for groups of players to try. Very little information currently on PvP because it will be different from the PvP Live in Korea but we should still find battlegrounds and open world PVP fights. Tera is a very good alternative for people tired of Star Wars: The Old Republic and World of Warcraft.
