Activision has released the launch trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered. Developer Raven Software has put quite a lot of effort in remaking their game with big improvements in their graphics. The new version features enhanced textures, physically based rendering, and high-dynamic range lighting among other improvements that make the game look quite awesome as you can see in the trailer.

But you won't be able to purchase the game itself. The catch with this new version of what is considered by many the best Call of Duty title ever made, is that it will only be available as a free bonus for all those that pre-purchase Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy Edition or Digital Deluxe Edition. Those that pre-order the digital versions of the game will be able to play the campaign one month ahead of the release, on October 5. But the multiplayer modes won't unlock until Infinite Warfare is ready on November 4.
In a certain way, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare launch seems to be a sure bet for Activision because if people don't like their upcoming shooter they can always fall back to play Modern Warfare remastered version. Let's just hope that the new title is good enough to make players forget even about the remastered version of the old one.
